Are all your products hand-embroidered?
Absolutely! Every piece at Shikha Chikankari is hand-embroidered by skilled artisans in Lucknow — the heart of authentic chikankari. No machines, no shortcuts — just timeless craftsmanship passed down through generations.
Why do the designs look slightly different from the pictures?
Each of our products comes from our family’s workshop in Lucknow, where chikankari has been our heritage for over 20 years. You can even feel the fine shadow work and hand knots that define true chikankari.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, if it doesn’t fit or meet expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. (Customized pieces, however, can’t be returned — since they’re made especially for you!)
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship pan-India — but international shipping is coming soon! Drop us a DM or WhatsApp message if you’re abroad, and we’ll try to make it happen.
How should I care for my chikankari outfit?
Gentle love only — hand wash in cold water or dry-clean. Avoid harsh detergents. These garments are delicate pieces of art, not just clothes.
